Colbert Joachim

Colbert Joachim is our Innovation and Strategic Partnership Program Manager. In that capacity, he is responsible to identify, structure and implement strategic partnership, alliances and energy sustainable initiatives. Presently Colbert oversees one of our most ambitious project. He is managing the creation of the first internationally accredited 3 year program in renewable energy in Haiti that is taking a very holistic approach to energy independency. This initiative has received the support of the government of Norway, the Haitian government and a number of local and international NGOs. Colbert hold a degree in business administration and a post degree in law. He has been working with D&E for two years
