Milkyas Debebe

Milkyas Debebe is with a management back ground and has spent more than 7 years in energy & environment projects as a developer & implementer. He received certificate on contributing to clean indoor air worldwide from PCIA in Bangalore, India and Training on Indoor Air Pollution measuring techniques by CEIHD at the University of California Berkley. Debebe is Co-Writer of a paper on "Clean energy for development: The environmental and socioeconomic benefits of ethanol as a household cooking fuel in Ethiopia” and participated in a research report "Will African Consumers Buy Cleaner Fuels and Stoves?" prepared by SEI.
