Casson Trenor is the Founder of Tataki Sushi, the world's first sustainable sushi restaurants, as well as the author of Sustainable Sushi, a Guide to Saving the Oceans One Bite at a Time (2009). He currently serves as the Senior Markets Campaigner for Greenpeace USA where he works to reform the US seafood sector, and has been featured in numerous documentaries about the ocean conservation movement. He was awarded the title "Hero of the Environment" by TIME in 2009, and "Ocean Protection Hero" by the US Congress in 2010. He delivered a TED talk on activism and personal passion in May 2012.
