Tri Mumpuni has been campaigning for decades to replace diesel power plant with micro hydro plant to develop rural economic growth in Indonesia. Successfully installed more than 70 Hydro Plants in Indonesia, she has worked on renewable energy production with key stakeholders including Indonesian Ministry of Energy and Mineral,since 2 April 2015 - till present she holds Senior Advisor to the Minister on New and Renewable Energy, Achievements: May 2013 IDB Prize for Women's Contribution to Development -Tajikistan, March 2013 Receiving a Indonesian Woman of Change Award from US Embassy in Indonesia, 2012 Winner of Ashden Awards 2012 Winner of Schwab Foundation Social Entrepreneur 2011 Winner of Magsaysay Award 2010 Attend Clinton Global Initiative Anual Meeting on Clean Technology and Smart Energy 2009 Eisenhower Fellow 2006 Ashoka Fellow
